Healthy Building At the Intersection of Social and Digital Transformation

There are two major changes facing the real estate industry:  one is the digital transformation of the business; and the other is sustainability focus shifting from the green building towards a healthy building. Our study aims to understand what’s the interplay between digital and healthy transformation? What’s the needed coordination for digital transformation to achieve both business and sustainability goals? and how?

In 2020, We will focus on the following research questions: what's the perceived, validated and measured business value of healthy building application areas? Did the digital innovation enable and inspire the healthy building application and how?

Methodology: We will interview executives from leading office property owners and operation corporations across the global market, i.e. Asia, US, Europe to understand the current status of practice and future projections.
